TRAUMA-INFORMED JUSTICE GRAPHIC
So grateful to Myrna McCallum (Instagram: @thetraumainformedlawyer) for putting on this incredible Trauma Informed Justice Course, and to all of the participants and presenters who shared their stories. Please check out Myrna McCallum's website for upcoming courses.
This course really helped me to reflect upon how I’ve been stuck in flight mode recently, keeping myself so busy that I didn’t even realize I put down some of the resources that were supporting me most, including the @thetraumainformedlawyer podcast, and the exercises in @nedratawwab ‘s Set Boundaries, Find Peace, and @iamrachelricketts Do Better book.
Also note that this graphic is an iterative compilation of some of my learnings from these sources and more to help me in my learning journey—some of the course participants found it helpful and asked me to share it on social media too, so here it is! If you see mistakes or problems they are mine and mine alone! I am nowhere near an expert in this content at all and I look forward to updating it (alongside adding alternative text) as I learn more, so please feel free to get in touch if you see problems (there are so many!) or if you have recommendations!
